Beginning from the top they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thumbnails &#8211; click to view your content in quick, bite-sized portions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figures &#8211; view only the figures (graphs, charts, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplements &#8211; view any supplemental files associated with the main document <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citations &#8211; view the metrics of the article you&#8217;re viewing, such as the number of times it&#8217;s been cited in other papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notes &#8211; view any annotations you&#8217;ve made in the document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bibliography &#8211; view articles cited within the document you&#8217;re viewing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend &#8211; get recommendations based on the content of the article you&#8217;re viewing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export &#8211; export a citation of your article in .bib or .ris format <br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.papersapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-4-1024x541.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33094\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top Middle Panel <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top middle menu of the Reader has several useful features to tailor your reading experience. From left to right they are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cursor mode &#8211; change between a standard cursor, a hand tool for moving annotations around, a capture tool which will take a snapshot of what you select and save it to your clipboard, and marquee zoom which allows you to zoom in in a specific area of your document <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next\/Previous page <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zoom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fit width (great for full screen reading)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Page view and scroll (single, double, and continuous scroll options)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotate page (rotate all pages or just the one being viewed) <br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.papersapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33095\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top Right Panel<\/strong><br>The top right panel of the Reader contains several useful, functional features. From left to right they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find (find any specific word(s)) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI Assistant (if applicable) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import to Library\/In Library &#8211; if the article you&#8217;re viewing is not currently in your library, this will give you the option to import.
