Zusammenfassung

Das Beratungsfeld hat sich in unterschiedliche beraterische Dienstleistungen differenziert: Beratung, Coaching, Supervision, Therapie, Mediation, Training, Moderation und noch einige mehr. Durch eine wachsende Angebotsvielfalt wird eine genaue Unterscheidung der verwendeten Bezeichnungen allerdings oft erschwert. Es wird eine Übersicht vorgestellt, die die unterschiedlichen Arbeitsformate in der Prozessberatung deutlicher zu differenzieren versucht.

Abstract

Counseling has stretched to many different formats including counseling, coaching, consulting, therapy, mediation, training, moderation and some more. The rising diversity however leads to an ambiguity of terms regarding the several modes of working. A survey is shown that tries to differentiate the approaches more clearly.
